Michael Trauben, Esq.

Michael Trauben is a partner at Singh, Singh & Trauben, LLP and focuses on the areas of complex commercial and business litigation and intellectual property law, including trademark and copyright litigation. With a wide range of entertainment and business law experience, Mr. Trauben has represented Grammy-award winning artists, leading private record and production companies, global entertainment, media and technology corporations, celebrities and high net-worth individuals in connection with a multitude of intellectual property, unfair competition and contractual relation disputes.

Mr. Trauben previously worked for many years at a high-profile and renowned large regional Firm in South Florida, having personally served clients throughout the nation in, among other things, myriad complex commercial and business litigation matters, including consistently litigating issues related to the protection of intellectual property rights.

While practicing in Florida, Mr. Trauben served for several years as an Executive Committee Director on the Dade County Bar Association YLS Board and additionally is a graduate of the Leadership Miami Program. Mr. Trauben is a member of the California, Florida and Michigan Bars and has been admitted to practice before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Central District of California and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.

Mr. Trauben received his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was a member of the University of Miami Law Review and further elected to serve by Miami’s Law Review as its Senior Articles Editor. Mr. Trauben was also a member of the University of Miami Moot Court Board. While in law school, he received the Book Award for Contracts, the Book Award for Torts, and received the Dean's Certificate of Achievement Award in Federal Income Tax and Business Associations. Mr. Trauben earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Kalamazoo College.
