Simran Singh, Esq.

Simran Singh is the founding and managing partner of Singh, Singh & Trauben, LLP, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of film, television and music related transactions as well as commercial litigation and intellectual property law, which includes trademark and copyright litigation.

Mr. Singh is a seasoned entertainment attorney with a varied multimedia background. Mr. Singh served as a business and legal affairs executive for Universal Music Group for several years before starting his own legal practice, representing renowned entertainment companies including record labels and production companies, as well as award-winning talent including recording artists, music and television producers, and actors. Because of Mr. Singh’s background working for the world’s largest music company, he understands not only the finer points of contract terms but also the significance of the intellectual property issues at hand. Mr. Singh has also personally overseen and been instrumental in achieving multi-million dollar settlement awards in litigation matters for his entertainment law clientele.

Mr. Singh is a member of the California and Florida Bars and received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami, where he was elected to serve as Senator of the Student Bar Association for two terms. Mr. Singh earned his Bachelor of Arts degree with a dual major from the College of William & Mary.
